Haversham Club Committees appointed for the 2014\u00a0year:<\/p>\n
The purpose of this committee is to monitor and provide for the upkeep of the Party House. Assessing repairs and making recommendations to the Board, as well as ensuring that procedures for cleaning are put in place and monitored should be a function of this committee, which will require that cleaning supplies and equipment are adequately available. Scheduling reservations for the Party House is also the responsibility of this committee… The Apartment and the Bath Room fall under the Party House.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this committee is to ensure the functionality and safe operation of the swimming pool during the season. This includes maintenance of the pool equipment and recruiting members to be responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance obligations of the pool, related to chemicals, cleaning, etc.<\/p>\n

This committee is responsible for ensuring that the common area is being maintained, especially related to lawncare, sprinklers, and landscape. Receiving bids from companies, making recommendations to the Board, and interfacing with the companies is the responsibility of this committee. If regular lawncare is not a feasible option for financial or other reasons, this committee will help to plan for recruiting members to complete mowing, etc. Consideration should also be given to ensuring the securing of the gates and monitoring their usage related to repair companies and garbage collection.<\/p>\n

This committee exists to plan, coordinate, and organize Haversham social gatherings throughout the year. Committee Members: Brook\u00a0Roberts,\u00a0Inetta Reddell<\/p>\n
This committee\u2019s purpose is to review the Treasurer\u2019s record keeping annually and make any recommendations based on outcome to the Board. Additionally, this committee should notify neighbors regularly that are not current on their dues and assist them in setting up payment plans to become current.<\/p>\n
