Joe Elmore announced that the city of Lubbock has recently developed neighborhoods that do not have alley ways and that the city will be providing trash services for them. He contacted the city and was able to secure the services for Haversham also. The city does not currently have the truck that will be doing pick up but we can expect trash services within 9 months.
Karen Allison gave us an update on the remodel project. There are several small projects that need to be finished up. Discussion took place regarding an electric hot water heater for the party house, apartment and bathroom. Karen suggested a tankless system gave an estimated cost of purchase, taxes, installation of ~$500.00. Vote was called for, all were in favor. Flooring in the party house was discussed, carpet some areas, tile, paint vs. stain. There is still some asbestos tile under the carpeting.
